Mold Tip #1

Try before you buy. If you are planning on buying mold removing chemicals, do not be afraid to ask a sales person their opinion as to whether the product will actually do the job. And also ask about the possible side affects such as the staining or toxic contamination. You will probably find that the product is very safe but always ask a question or two, the answers can sometimes be surprising.

Mold Tip #2

Make sure the products fit. This goes with tip #1. Try to ascertain if the product will actually do the job, there is no use in buying it if you are in doubt. The salesperson should have all the answers, and if not, you would be well advised to go elsewhere. Better to be safe than sorry.

Mold Tip #3

Buying chemicals for home use. If you plan on using chemicals for use at home in your lounge room or at common domestic areas, you should go with the safest products first, IE the ones that will not create fumes that may trigger asthma attacks etc. They might be a bit less effective, but the safety of your family is more important. You really do need professional advice to be sure your health and that of your family is not at risk.
